I called today, was recognized as an Elite member when I entered my Membership number. I’ve never had the form that others have mentioned to complete and today was no different. I was told to expect a five minute wait but spoke to a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady within about 1 minute - she was really helpful and I was quite impressed.
