Grand Hyatt is abutting a sex and night entertainment area on 2 sides.
Ritz Carlton is located next to the Daimyo area which is also full of shops and restaurants.
Daimyo/Tenjin area is where Kyushu shops.
Ritz Carlton is also close to Ohori Park ( 1 stop on metro from Akasaka station).
I would try the Ritz as it is new.
