The airline is 'Swiss' not 'Swiss Air'. There is only one flight per day operated by LX to YYZ.
You'll also find that AC and LX aren't very flexible by nature, certainly not to the point UA can be. If you miss your connection at YYZ (other than your SFO-YYZ running very late) then you'll probably end up with a voided ticket and little to no sympathy other than having to pay for a new ticket.
YYZ is a brand new LX station so I'm guessing they will very much be by the book.
