Well --phoned in and they see no R class on AC357 from YOW- YYC on June 10th. Are others seeing what I see--R6 on ExpertFlyer? Maybe some others have better access to the AC system. Not too worried for a Monday flight but this is mildly annoying having unreliable tools of the trade!
The Air Canada web site shows upgrades available for Latitude on that flight. Mind you, needs not be R space though.
