Hi friends,I bought this RTW ticket issued by Qantas and received a lot of useful information regarding where to credit the miles through members discussion here. But I'm running into issue with changing my flight dates.

I have finished my first segment a week ago, now I need to change a future segment to an earlier date while keeping everything else the same(the flight number, destination, stopover airport etc). Tried QF call centers HUCA which led to $125 changing fee(no surprise). So I contacted their twitter team as suggested by other posts and they just told me they are going to charge me $125 also?? I thought it’s for free? I did receive also a minor flight schedule change notification almost 2 months ago saying the departure time changed for about 5 minutes for the flight I want to change date for, could I leverage this to waive the changing fee? I also tried to ask twitter team to change my AY marketed flight to an AA marketed flight(same flight) but no luck.

I’m worried that since a lot of following travel dates were tentative when I booked the ticket, there will be many changes in the future, If QF gonna charge me every single time $125 for the change, this purchase becomes a bad deal. I could really use some advices now as my change needs to be done within 10 days, thank y’all!
