No, it's now all flights to and from DOH*. I've already pre-selected my main meals LHR-DOH (QR4) and DOH-DPS (QR962) next Wednesday.

Meals can be booked 14 days to 24 hours before the flight. Did you click on Pre-Select Dining? (it will be greyed-out until you select it).
