Horrible experience dealing with MH Ticketing
Booked a SIN KUL return trip in mid June early Sunday morning, and opted to pay via direct debit from the bank. The airfare has since been collected from my bank, but the booking engine threw a payment error.
Calling and chatting with the customer support has been a horrendous experience with the only positive interaction mentioning during the call, that the ticket will be manually issued in 4 hours (on Sunday morning). It has been almost 30 hours and I am still waiting on the ticket being issue.
Anyone has experienced payment issues with MH before? How long did it take for it to resolve?
