Agree with TTMex, that it does vary by airline. BA is pretty quick as mentioned above, MH tends to post to BA 2-3 days after departure date, whereas QR is a batch that runs once a week on Tuesday nights (or is it Wednesday?). JL also recently has taken its time with up to a week.
