I’ll try to do a full review at some point but just as a follow up to this thread I found FlyOne absolutely fine. Check-in staff at TLV were great. I was well within baggage limits but they didn’t seem to be overzealous in policing anybody’s bags either there or at the gate. Flight took off and landed more or less on time. Legroom isn’t great but fine for a few hours. No menus on my evening flight but lots of people bought drinks and snacks (nothing was free, including water). Remote gate and bus on arrival.

As an aside I flew out of KIV (now RMO) with a different airline but found it to be a nice wee airport, far more preferable than OTP for example. Lots of power points, a couple of nice cafes landslide (I was a bit early to arrive for check-in); the contract lounge is nothing special but is fine (accessed as *G flying LOT).
