Any updates on this property. Friends, my wife and I are considering staying there for a week in September as part of a vacation to Montreal and Quebec. I'd probably use points plus a free Hyatt credit card night.

While the hotel sounds nice in some regards, I have a few questions:

1. From photos, the rooms like kind of small. Any estimate of the square feet/meters?
2. It sounds like the views are lousy except for the top couple of floors, and even then you could get stuck with a courtyard view. Is that truly the case?
3. It also sounds like the hotel is situated near Old Montreal and the river, but not near much else to see or do. Do I have that right?
