Hello! I have tried 3 times to convert my RBC Avion (formerly HSBC) points to Avios with the 30% bonus offer, but every time the points are returned to my account 24 hours later. I did it twice online and once over the phone with an agent, but it still doesn't work. My husband did it once and also got back the avion points 24 hours back.

Rbc it’s not helping too much, BA neither ... It's starting to be frustrating because I've made transfers in the past without any issues.

My name matches in both accounts and everything is ok it should work…

Has anyone had the same problem or any advice how to deal with this? Thanks
