I flew a 77W 48C with doors. Mine was broken, but my neighbour's was not.

Once closed, there was no better privacy than when open. Anyone walking in the aisle can see you.

Same opinion here. For me this door is a gadget. Nice to have, but I will never based my choice of flight for this. I have 0 problem flying the BEST cabin instead of the new one with door.
