Have had this issue on multiple long-hauls in the last month or so (both TATL and TPAC, both in the app and on the website); page just shows up with my PlusPoints upgrade balance, the word “Select”, and then no options but literally a “0”. Called in and agent had to manually do it and said she has had quite a few cases like this lately…
