Loading a few extra would allow more people to have a choice of meal as well. I'm probably at 50% of flights where there's been no choice for the last 2-3 rows.

Hopefully they could donate any uneaten to charity, use as staff meals, or offer as part of buy-on-board or as a perk to any Golds sitting just behind the curtain.
