First times flying with AS in F and being able to try their catering were in late March MSP-SEA and SEA-MSP in early April. Here is menu on the SEA-MSP segment, where I ordered the Thai curry. Not sure hot authentic it was (friends were going "How do you make a Thai curry VEGAN?"), and when it got served it was a little congealed and looked pretty sad. But there was a surprising kick of spice to it and I would recommend it. Also included a pic of my Old Fashioned and my seat neighbor's burger (deemed very good).







Ordered on my flight MSP-SEA. Pic and other menu choices below. One thing I didn't understand was that every dish save the fruit plate included some form of eggs. But double serving of heavy carbs with some form of sugar component was countered by the coffee. Service on board very good, though ground service both at MSP and SEA were either slow or had bad coordination that day.
