I'm an Alaska guy that frequents the AA lounges every so often... but SAN-MCO is easily my most common O/D and both the SAN and MCO lounge situations are easily the worst I have seen anywhere hands down. I know the SAN lounge is a strange contract partner lounge situation, but it wasn't that long ago that AA lounge agents were at the check-in desks. Well, and it's owned by Alaska now anyway, slated to be a true Alaska Lounge sometime early next year.

MCO is just sad. The families filling it up, the strange spiral staircase that everyone hates, the tiny bar that gets mobbed, air conditioning that can't keep up. I had wished that instead of AS moving to be next to AA, American could have moved over to where AS was and they could have operated a joint lounge.
