Thanks. I'd get zero for original routing credit because this was an award ticket. After IRROPS, the fare class on the rebooked flight is full fare (F, C or Y). Even the ticket number is different, in this case (and not an 016 number because the airline that had the IRROPS was not UA), so I don't think UA would even know it was originally an award ticket.
