Concierge did do it, but I requested a SDC in writing. Not sure how they processed it.
When I say the eUp went to the new flight, we were automatically waitlisted and cleared, didn’t submit a separate request.
Point is, I don’t know how they managed to switch which passenger’s eUps got used, in between two legs of a same-day-same-bound-same-PNR booking.
….and I don’t know who to contact to get my improperly-deducted eUps back. A front-line Aeroplan agent is going to have no idea what to do with this.
