I think it depends on your other options. If you want to be in the area and care strongly about using Hyatt points or earning Hyatt nights IMO it’s a perfectly decent hotel, just be aware there may be some quirks and frustrations. If you don’t care about those things and are paying cash there may be better options, although many of the obviously better options in the area are also dramatically more expensive, so there’s that too.
