Seabass, fish was well cooked but the cream sauce was too much and too thick.

I essentially agree with your comments on all three! I still think the fish is the nice dish though despite the excessive sauce for my taste (which, to be honest, is a bit of a constant comment I make about most of the CCR fish dishes).
