I can't imagine there is really a need to be full. It's an interesting thing, I genuinely don't get the financial incentive for them to do this, it's not like I am seeing them charge extra for the bus-routes, in fact they seem to be changing less. I have been repetitively seeing lower fares out of PHL for award tickets when utilizing one of the bus routes. I am in northern Delaware so ACY or Lancaster were a bit far afield for me to consider, but I will for sure start looking at this now.

Particularly I was seeing one-ways to Vegas at substantially reduced prices on miles out of the bus routes than just the non-stop out of PHL. 30K vs 100K , 16K vs 50K kind of differential if i recall correctly (Been a few weeks since i have searched)
