Great property. Front desk cheery and efficient.

Had a top floor inward-facing room. Very comfortable beds (Luxury Collection in prep for the change). Great designs and the remodeled rooms are fresh. The no-door shower though has already led to damage of the baseboards and walls.

Breakfast really good. Fantastic service. It was busy but not crazy. The only complaint might be that the buffet setup is a bit cramped.

Construction in full swing. Hallway air a bit dirty with sheetrock and plywood smell/particles but didn't notice it in the rooms.

Gym was really nice equipment but it gets very busy.

Stayed on points (63k) for one night. In town for four nights but points and cash were absurd, so we're ​​​​​headed to the Thompson for three days on a third night free FHR rate (still 400EUR/nt). Can't imagine it beats the Westin but it's half the price!
