Will be Gold till April next year when I should fall to silver.

I have a big cruise this year and some other plans so I have limited long flying in 2024, and none on BA. Short haul will be primarily using Avios so no chance of even being close to silver let alone gold.

I may look at a tier point holiday in 2025 to get back to silver the following year, perhaps gold.

Although I have no insight I have a feeling that a significant devaluation is coming and my focus is spending Avios and extracting value from them.

But to answer your question there is no benefit to reaching 600 tier points as you will soft-land to silver.
