PE HEL-BKK vs J BKK-HEL
Good service both ways.
Equally good food both ways.
Enough beer both ways.
Good seat both ways when awake.
Difficult to sleep in PE. Great to sleep in J.

For a daytime flight I would not bother upgrading PE->J. I would pay a lot for an overnight flight upgrade.
