Where did you get the idea that you need to load the VGC into Walmart pay? I can't speak to current issues if any with Sutton bank VGCs but that is certainly something you are doing wrong. Just ask for the MO and then swipe your VGC to pay is the usual process. You don't pay for a MO using Walmart pay in any liquidation method AFAIK.
