You are correct on ANC/FAI/JNU. Terminals in SIT and KTN are publicly owned. I believe ADK is also public but I’m not positive. And when AS flew to CDB for a couple years during Covid, the terminal there is publicly owned.

I might be missing one or two (SCC is one I’m not positive about) but I believe that’s the list.

Edit to add one other airline nerd trivia fact. AS still does all of its own ramp work in house at all of the Alaska stations, ANC/FAI included. I don’t believe AS does its own ramp work at any other mainline station, SEA included. I know there’s McGee Aviation or whatever it’s called at SEA and maybe a few other spots that is technically a subsidiary, but all the ramp work in Alaska is done by actual Alaska Airlines employees.
ADK is owned by the State and leased by AS. The SCC passenger terminal is leased from ASRC I think. The SCC cargo building is AS owned. I think that's all of them.
