So I'm VERY new to this, and my first attempt failed. What am I doing wrong?
  • Sutton bank (virtual) VGC, loaded into Walmart Pay
  • Go to Money Services desk and ask for $100 MO, $1 fee as expected
  • Scan QR code on the card reader to use Walmart Pay, seems to work
  • Worker tells me that his screen says "tender not valid"
  • I ask if he can input my card # manually, he says he needs to see a physical card to do so
Do I just need an associate who is willing to input the card # without seeing a physical card?
