All hail ... /2017 MacBook Air

At $500 resale, I'd sell it. That's pretty good $ IMO for a used laptop. As earlier pointed out, in a pinch, you could spend just an admittedly good portion of that for a new lower-end laptop if a second one was needed. If it were at a lower resale value, I'd keep it.
