Junior suite should have at least a separate, proper seating area with a coffee table and seating for more than two people. What I'm saying having a love seat boxed into the corner of a room and nothing else does not make it a junior suite.

A suite should feature one bedroom at a minimum, period.

I consider these minimum standards, anything less than that is just room category inflation. Just having the bed in an alcove and a second TV does not constitute a suite IMO.
