It seems to happen very occasionally.
This membership year, I found myself with the free weekend night still showing in my account after redeeming it. Left it a while, just to be on the safe side, and then used it a second time without any problems. No later repercussions either.
That was the only time in 6 or 7 years as an Amb that that happened to me though.
