Really? In just the last 2sh years, off the quick top of my head (not included those mentioned above):

GH DFW
HR Greenville SC
HR Boston-Cambridge
GH Bogota (beautiful suite)
Lindner Prague Castle (though the living area was small)
HR Tamaya Resort NM
Everline Resort (CA)
HR Minneapolis (well, those that look over Loring Greenway)
HC Waikiki (though the living area was small)
GH Seattle (I think, though, my memory is fuzzy on this one)

All with a door between the bedroom and the main sitting area.

Overall, I think I get true suite a bit more than half the time. But, I don't think a door is necessary to feel like I get a good value out of a TSU (or my status). For example, at HC Madrid, the standard suite I've gotten was a pretty large room, with a comfortable sitting area, and lots of windows for lots of light and views: If the 'standard suite' offers a noticeable upgrade in usable space and comfort, it's likely good in my book. (there are a few places, like PH NYC, that do suck with their classification).
