I just made a reservation on business class SFO-PTY-UIO for next March, traveling with my spouse - all seats are open at this point. I have read your comments regarding seating on the 737-900 MAX, however I am confused whether bulkhead is indeed better or not.
For now I have assigned 1E 1F on the 737max and 2E 2F PTY-UIO on the 737-800
My understanding is that 1E 1F have a little more legroom on the 737max, the foot-well is bigger, and also we will get our meal of our choice and served fast so more time to sleep. However I am concerned about noise from the galley or whoever is queuing for the front lav? especially on the red eye SFO-PTY.
What do you all think? - what are your experiences? Shall we play it safe and go with 2E 2F on all flights?
Many Thanks

1E/F have bigger foot cubby than 1A/B and other rows. It felt like 1F might also have a little more arm space than other rows due to the aircraft curve (not 100% sure). I'm noise-sensitive and had no issue. On my flight, 1A/B were served food first, followed by 1E/F and everyone else.
