Well I got bonvoyed again....
property: Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes (orlando)

So I wanted either a 2 bedroom suite or a suite with a connecting room. There is no option for this on the website so I send an email to the property.
I am instructed to book the least expensive room for my desired dates. check
An extra room is added to my reservation at a rate lower than that of the least expensive room category on the website (by almost $100 / night)
My standard king room is upgraded (confirmed) at no cost to a king suite. No SNA needed - about 10 days out.
They remember me at the property even though it's been 6 months since my last visit. They will have engineering disable the low setpoint limit on the AC and make sure the room is as cool as possible in advance of my arrival.
Did I mention this was for a stay over memorial day weekend?

I wonder what will be waiting in the room for me when I get there...
gotta give credit where credit is due, always great service at this property.
