- What is your ALL status? Gold

- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Standard Comfort with Balcony. Upgraded to Standard Comfort with Terrace. On paper these seems to be the same rooms (balcony vs ground floor) but was told it was more spacious.

- How are the rooms? Somewhat spacious but non ideal layout. The bathroom is an open design that doesn't fully close with the sliding walls. It was difficult to access the safe as it was tucked behind a partition of the sliding walls that never slid all the way. You had to basically shove the wall with your body in order to fully open the safe door.

- What was good and what was bad?
Bad: Our fridge emitted an extremely unpleasant odour. Just keeping it open for a few seconds would overwhelm our nostrils and the entire room of leftover fried chicken. The sliding walls needs some lubrication.

Good:
Pretty clean, good staff, excellent breakfast and good location.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N/A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Welcome amenity of a plate of chocolates and local biscuits. Welcome drink vouchers prepared.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Doubtful but not to the fault of the hotel. I think we'll just avoid Kuta from now on in general.
