I wouldn't think UA status would be enough of a draw to drive to a distant airport, so I assume the circumstances that are changing involve the location of your home. . I don't see a ton of value in the Infinite card and I don't hold it myself. Domestic lounge access just isn't valuable enough to me to be worth the price of the subscription.
