Edit: Apologies, just noticed you said you are checking bags. I guess check with your TATL carrier (you didn't specify) whether they'd be able to automatically transfer them in YUL so you can stay airside. For CBP pre-clearance if you have GlobalEntry that'll help.
Thanks- Inbound will be QR- I am pretty sure they will not interline with AA (AA won't even check bags across two of their own reservations). I am unsure about Delta or Air Canada. AA is our preference, but it seems like it would be tight. We do have GlobalEntry.
