The biggest value is likely in taking the AA or BA operated flights. BA SFO LHR BCN and back, even if ticketed by IB should net 100% EQM to AS, and if you have status, any multipliers. An AS 100K would earn 12,000 EQM and 30,000 RDM on the BA flights.
