I noticed that while I am being asked daily to provide my phone number, the associate also has to type my name into the POS each time. It doesn't seem to be retaining my name overnight based on my phone number.
Just for the heck of it, I purchased a $999 MO in one transaction yesterday and then asked to purchase a separate $499 MO. My information was still populated on the screen after the first transaction so the associate did not have to re-enter everything again. I thought the system might block the second transaction, as I am currently banned from doing two $999 MO's in one transaction, but the system let the second MO go through.
