Well, booked a couple of nights there.
Just went for a basic Queen Bed Standard room at £116/night or £232 for 2 nights which isn't too bad.

The third night I wanted only has a Queen Bed standard Balkon room at £149 as a base option, and if I book 3 nights, all nights book into that room for around £440.

I'll try somewhere else for the third night. Might try the pods at the main railway station for a bit of fun.
Or do the third night separately.
