Colleague wants to do a SDC today, standard CE one way LHR-MAN. MMB says free but £100 change fee which I believe is incorrect. Rather than ringing the Blue Line as he'll be arriving at T5 shortly, where's the best place to speak to someone in person? Can't remember seeing a BA ticket desk in T5.
