I kinda like them, but my main draw to them was their pager service. The data service I can postively say; SUCKS. Unreliable connections and drops. I haven't used my terminal for some time now but doubt things have improved much. The fact that the US DOD still relies on them at least makes me feel that they are reliable and keeping $$$ flowing in to keep things up and running.
