Even if you don't get the room until that time you should be able to use the facilities until 6pm, at least. That's a regular feature in most AI resorts, even if no status.
98% likely that you won’t get to stay in the room beyond 1pm. You’re not entitled to late checkout at resort properties.
There’s no real hard and fast time by which you need to leave the property (within reason). If you have a late evening flight you could easily stay until 9-10pm and have lunch, dinner, drinks, etc.
