This of course begs the question for those that have it for those of us who don't; if we're paying a premium for 'Raving Fan' service do we have to put up with know-nothing overseas CSR's on a Bus. Plat.?
I believe this is one of the strong points of the Business Plat vs. Personal - I have yet to talk to an overseas rep. In fact all of my CSR's have been very nice and helpful.
I have gotten a couple of exceptions - couple of bad apples. But another call to a diff CSR usually clears it up.
