New to VS/DL/ST, converted from oW/BA due to work. I will travel frequently from LAX and trying to understand lounge access when travelling in Y or W with Skyteam Elite+ status (DL GM).

I had thought that based on the status, I would get access to VS' lounge at LAX (Star Alliance), but reading through items on here, this may not be true as there are lots of references to access to the Star Alliance lounge being for UC pax only. Is this true? If so, which lounge would I be able to access based on status?

Would a DL coded VS flight in Y with DL GM status provide access to the T2/3 skyclub? I understand that flying in W would provide access here.

Would this apply for other airports where VS uses a partner lounge, not their own clubhouse e.g. MAN/MCO/MIA etc.
