Correct. But you can spend BA Avios on the BA site for Iberia redemptions. BA charges the same number of Avios and cash for Iberia redemptions as Iberia itself does. That does not, however, mean that there are Premium Economy redemptions available on Iberia flights for your desired dates. You would have to do an award search on ba.com after logging in to your BAEC account.
