My wife and I and another couple might go to the Caribbean in January for a week or so. We've all traveled to lots of destinations, but are less familiar with the Caribbean than most other regions. We'd prefer a place that:

Is on a nice, preferably long beach that's good for walking.
Is walking distance to restaurants other than those of the hotel.
Is not huge.
Is not among the most expensive, whether in terms of points or $$, in the Hilton portfolio.

Any recommendations? Thanks for any help.
