… Membership Consulting agent picked up within 1 minute. First question I asked her was (basically) “is 800-452-3945 which worked nicely just a week ago still a way to quickly get through to your department?” She said it’s been out of use for “a while”, there’s no way to get through directly to MC, she doesn’t even have a way to dial MC when she’s off duty…..
