Well I'm sorry if I'm beating this to death, but it goes to my point, which is the quality of the buffet ingredients at this property is extraordinary for a domestic US property. It seems like your opinion is based exclusively on the yogurt, which I agree is unexceptional. The buffet here IMO compares well to most European properties (where the yogurt usually comes in a jar and is of the thin European variety). If all you eat here is yogurt and granola, I'm not sure that's much of a basis for assessing the quality of the buffet overall. As one example, I'm curious where else in the US you've seen free-pour fresh squeezed OJ
and grapefruit juice? Or a real Kouign Amann?
