We were delayed 2 hours into SFO from PHX last night due to mx, finally arriving around 12:30 a.m. Due to ongoing T1 construction, baggage claim conveyance system was not working and bags from four arriving AA flights were being delivered to the carousel by hand. It was a mess. Took 40 minutes to get our bags. Overall an incredibly poor show by AA (most of the delay at PHX was due to techs taking 30+ minutes to show up after we returned to the gate).
