To echo above, the Premium Plus main courses are 2 of the 4 Polaris main courses. They are not identical because they come in a dish that's heated all at once, rather than assembled on a plate like in Polaris, which is why they may appear different. But the components are (usually) the same. One exception I can think of was when there was a chicken parmesan offered in both Polaris and Premium Plus. Based on the pictures I saw of the dish in Polaris, I think the chicken parmesan was put on a bed of raw arugula? Whereas in Premium Plus, because the meal is heated in the same dish as it is served, we only got the chicken, cheese, and sauce part.

The dessert is the same as Economy though.

The pre-arrival meal on my flight were two options from the Polaris library of recipes, but as compared to what was offered up front on the same flight, I think only one was the same (horchata oatmeal) while the other was different (eggs in PP vs. congee in Polaris).

May 4 SFO-HKG 11:05pm-5:00am

Choice of lemongrass chicken with Thai red curry sauce and coconut jasmine rice, or vegetables and rice, two of the options from Polaris (the other Polaris options being beef short rib and salmon). I really enjoyed this dish! Flavorful, and the chicken was a whole piece of chicken thigh.

The midflight snack has been upgraded, from the package of M&Ms with the tiniest hard, cold sandwich with a tiny bit of ham and/or cheese inside. This was a warm "balsamic chicken with arugula & mozzarella" sandwich. They also came around with a snack basket with items that I usually see in Polaris. Not sure what Economy got for mid-flight snack.

Breakfast was scrambled eggs, mushrooms, chicken sausage, kale, and multi-colored potatoes. The other option was the horchata oatmeal (which I'd had before in Polaris). This was a bountiful meal; appreciated the green vegetables, although the sausage was a bit sweet for my taste. Fruit was good too. I believe the two options in Polaris on my flight were the horchata oatmeal and shrimp congee.

Refer to this post of the paper menu in Polaris USA->TPE in May; I believe it was the same as the menu on my SFO->HKG flight.
